WHITE TRUFFLE CHEESE FONDUE WITH CROUTONS
INGREDIENTS
30 g - gouda
30 g - Emmenthal
40 g - White truffle cream
10 ml - fresh cream
2 slices - white bread
5 g - White truffle salt
5 ml - White Natural – Extra virgin olive oil & white truffle
Fresh White Truffle
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt all the cheeses on low heat while gradually adding the fresh cream and the white truffle cream.
