OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 Probiotics Stress Repair [Imported Origin]
Once or twice daily, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 (=3 g) in a glass of water (approx. 125ml) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 should be preferably be taken on an empty stomach.
If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 twice a day, intake right after waking up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening is suggested.
Additional information
If you suffer from a fructose intolerance, then you should prolong the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 to at least 30 minutes. After the waiting time the bacteria metabolise the entire fructooligosaccharides. Thus, no fructose gets into the intestine.
