“ In the mid '70s a young Giuseppe and his trusted
 four-legged friend, were riding a moped through the green
 hills of Umbria looking for the perfect spot to find
 truffles. One day they saw a majestic oak tree towering
 on top of a hill and decided to stop to look around. They
 found beautiful and fragrant truffles immediately and for
 all the days to follow, thanks to the florid hill. As the years
 went by the young truffle hunter became a business
 company it is today one of the most significant realities of
 Umbria. This company now is called Colle del Tartufo
 and its simbol is an oak tree, to honor that magic place
 that gave so much to Giuseppe and his family."
